Today, we’re diving into one of these behaviours, “Delivering at Pace,” especially at the Administrative Officer (AO) level. Think of this as a chat with a friend who’s been through it all before, ready to share some insider tips.

I believe that working efficiently and with focus is essential for achieving high-quality results within deadlines. Ensuring tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard is key to success.

As an administrative assistant at a busy medical office, I was tasked with managing patient records and scheduling appointments. During a period of increased patient volume, we had to update and organise a large number of records quickly to meet an upcoming audit.
